Riker Danzig is pleased to announce Labor and Employment associate Soundous Bouchouar has been selected as a 2022 Fellow for the National Employment Law Council (NELC) Academy. Thirty Fellows were selected from many outstanding applicants following a highly competitive process. Soundous, along with the other Fellows, were selected based on their high potential for success and a commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion in management-side employment law.
The 2022 NELC Academy Fellows will receive advanced skills training and have direct interaction with in-house attorneys and leading minority labor and employment defense lawyers from across the country. They will also be plugged into the national network of NELC Academy alumni, which includes dozens of in-house counsel in law departments across the U.S., partners in leading employment law groups, as well as DEI and HR executives.
