Labor and Employment Chair Scott A. Ohnegian will be a special guest speaker at a Facebook Live presentation on May 11, 2020 entitled “Covering COVID-19 in the Workplace From Coast to Coast.” The live presentation will start at 10:00 PM EST and will cover COVID-19 workplace laws and issues including Workers Compensation, Cal-OSHA, Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The presentation is hosted by Christina Malyan of Malyan Law in Los Angeles.
