Steven T. Senior, partner and Co-Chair of Riker Danzig's Environmental Group, is a speaker at the NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association virtual continuing education course, "Introduction to Natural Resource Damage Assessments in New Jersey" on October 13, 2022 at 9 AM. The course will review regulatory basis, case law, and the application of particular tools and techniques for conducting natural resource damage assessments (NRDA). NRDA provisions are contained in federal law (e.g., CERCLA, OPA) and in New Jersey state statutes.
