Environmental Counsel Laurie J. Sands is speaking on “Offshore Wind Project Development: Air Permitting and Related Challenges” at a live webinar on June 30, 2021. The program, presented by Riker Danzig and Enviro-Sciences (of Delaware), Inc. (ESI), will start at 10:00 AM EDT. Laurie and Chris Whitehead, Air Quality Lead, ESI, will discuss topics such as timeline of required submittals, best practices in air inventories, environmental justice (EJ) overlays, and the Jones Act. They will also share some lessons learned from recent experiences and highlight some potential areas for concern.
