Riker Danzig partner Allen Scazafabo, Jr. will speak at a Family Law Workshop being held at the Fairfield Public Library in Fairfield, NJ on Thursday, September 20, 2018 starting at 7:00 PM. Allen will address the nuts and bolts of a divorce case, from infancy to completion, including:
- The selection of an attorney
- Mediation v. litigation
- The process of divorce case management
- Discovery and the selection of experts
- Emotional aspects of divorce
Allen will also reserve time for a Q&A session with members of the audience.
