For a Webinar on Hot Topics in Environmental Litigation: What You Need to Know

Over the last few years there has been an uptick in environmental litigation resulting in several significant decisions impacting site remediation and liability for discharges in New Jersey and beyond. Moreover, litigation (and remediation) is expected to increase as new contaminants (e.g., PFAS) are regulated. Understanding the reasoning employed by the courts in these environmental cases and their implications is essential for industry to measure, address and mitigate environmental risk. With attention on climate change, the courts are also actively addressing suits seeking to shape the scope of greenhouse gas emissions regulations. We hope you will join us for a lunchtime webinar to discuss some of these new developments, including lessons learned and practical considerations. Among the issues we’ll address are:
