On the national front, there are headline cases involving PFAS and climate change. In New Jersey, there has been a lot of activity by the courts on environmental issues. As an environmental professional in New Jersey, it is imperative that you understand the legal principles that are being litigated and how they may impact your practice. Our attorneys are experienced litigators who will provide insight into these recent case law decisions. Topics to be addressed include:

• Can a challenge to NJDEP rules be successful or does the house always win?
• When do I have to pursue an administrative hearing or can I go straight to the court if I disagree with NJDEP?
• Who is responsible for that historic discharge?
