Riker Danzig Insurance Partner Robert P. Vacchiano has recently been named Co-Chair of the Essex County Bar Association’s Insurance Law Committee. Long a member of the ECBA, Robert is additionally a barrister and treasurer of the Brennan-Vanderbilt Inn of Court.
In his Insurance Law practice, Robert represents insurers, reinsurers, retrocessionaires, and intermediaries in a broad range of complex insurance matters. His practice also includes a focus on cybersecurity and data privacy, an area in which he has authored articles, particularly concerning cyber liability and cyber insurance. He is an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
