Insurance Associate Ryan E. Kotler was invited by his former Rutgers Law School Professor Kelly Deere to serve on a three-judge appellate panel for the oral argument portion of the students’ final mock trial presentation on April 24, 2023. The students argued cross-summary judgment motions on a trademark infringement claim. Ryan questioned the students during their arguments, prepared written evaluations for each student, and provided feedback to the students at the close of the mock trial program.
