Partner Stuart Lederman has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as Statewide Chair of the New Jersey Committee on Character. Stuart, who was previously Chair of Part V of the Statewide Panel, will service a one year term. It is the role of the Committee on Character to determine the fitness to practice law of each candidate for admission to the Bar of the State of New Jersey.
