On October 8, 2026, Partner Stuart M. Lederman will be presenting a Continuing Legal Education Seminar on Ethical Considerations and Obligations of Mediators and Arbitrators to the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi American Inn of Court. Stuart will discuss the intersection of standards of conduct for neutrals and the rules of professional conduct and how those standards and rules impact mediations and arbitrations. Stuart is a partner in the Firm’s Governmental Affairs, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Litigation practices. He regularly presents on the ethical obligations attorneys face, drawing on his experience as the former chair of the NJ Supreme Court District Ethics Committee.
