ALM’s “Litigation Daily: Litigator of the Week” column gave a “shout out” to Firm Co-Chairman Brian E. O’Donnell and partner Jeffrey M. Beyer for their work on behalf of client New York Liquidation Bureau. Our team was successful in securing an Order from the Court to require pre-pleading security totaling almost $13 million from Defendants in our representation of the New York Liquidation Bureau as Liquidator of Ideal Mutual Insurance Company in an ongoing litigation against two reinsurance companies, Rocky Mountain International Insurance Ltd. and United Insurance Company, over asbestos-related liabilities.
