Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP is pleased to announce that Anne M. Mohan has joined the firm’s Insurance Group as Counsel.
Anne M. Mohan, of Whitehouse Station, represents Fortune 100 insurers and others in complex disputes nationwide involving primary, umbrella and excess policies. She has tried many cases on behalf of insurers and has been involved in numerous mediations and arbitrations both before and during litigation. Ms. Mohan has also acted as regional counsel for a nationally known insurer, managing coverage litigation and overseeing local counsel. In addition, Ms. Mohan’s practice has included issues involving the regulation of insurance companies.
Ms. Mohan is an instructor on Civil Trial Preparation for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. She is a pro bono attorney for Partners for Women & Justice, which provides a variety of free, quality services to underserved women, exclusively in the area of family law. Ms. Mohan earned her law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1984 and her undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Scranton in 1981. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, and before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
