Managing Partner Glenn Clark was quoted in the May 2017 issue of Commerce magazine as part of its “Managing Partners Roundtable: A Focus on Helping Entrepreneurs.” Glenn commented on two specific traits that help Riker Danzig when serving entrepreneurs: making it a priority to understand how our clients’ businesses work, and using a team approach to deliver quality legal services efficiently. As an example, he explains how our Logistics and Corporate groups have advised leading freight transportation client, Transfix, in various areas while balancing the company’s app-based business model against a long-standing statutory scheme and customer expectations.
