On February 26, 2008, a judgment in excess of $9 million was entered in the Commercial Division of New York Supreme Court in Manhattan on a jury verdict in favor of a private equity fund manager against an affiliate of Credit Suisse. Riker Danzig partner Kenneth M. Van Deventer represented the private equity fund money manager.

The Credit Suisse affiliate defendant was represented by Weil Gotshal and Manges.
