Diana Katz Gerstel practices in Riker Danzig's Family Law Group. She earned her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University, in 2007, where she was the Articles Editor for the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal. Ms. Gerstel earned her graduate degree from Columbia University in 1999 and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Smith College in 1994. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Ms. Gerstel served as Law Clerk to Hon. Robert J. Brennan, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Family Part. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Michael Anthony Fazio practices in Riker Danzig's Commercial Litigation Group. He earned his law degree from Seton Hall Law School in 2007, where he served as a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. Mr. Fazio earned a graduate degree from Indiana University in 2004, and his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2002. Mr. Fazio is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
Peter Girgis practices in Riker Danzig's Insurance Group. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden in 2007 while simultaneously earning his MBA from Rutgers University – Camden. Mr. Girgis also served as Submissions Editor on Rutgers Journal of Law and Urban Policy. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Rutgers - Camden in 2004. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Mr. Girgis served as Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Craig L. Wellerson, J.S.C. in Mount Holly, New Jersey. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Jaan M. Haus practices in Riker Danzig's Environmental Law Group. He earned his law degree from Pace University School of Law in 2008, where he was an Associate Member of the Pace Law Review. Mr. Haus earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond in 2005.
Brian B. McEvoy practices in Riker Danzig's Bankruptcy Group. He earned his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 2008, and his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in 2000.
Tara J. Mondelli practices in Riker Danzig's Bankruptcy Group. She earned her law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2007. Ms. Mondelli was Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Law Journal, and received the Widener Law Journal Award for Distinguished Legal Scholarship. She earned her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Gettysburg College in 2004. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Ms. Mondelli served as Judicial Law Clerk to Hon. Raymond T. Lyons, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey.
Stephanie M. Panico practices in Riker Danzig's Insurance Group. She earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark in 2008, where she was a staff member of the Women’s Rights Law Reporter. She earned her undergraduate degree, with honors, from Rutgers University in 2005. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Ms. Panico served as Judicial Extern to Hon. Barry T. Albin.
Rudy S. Randazzo practices in Riker Danzig's Products, Liability, Toxic Tort and Mass Tort as well as Governmental Affairs Group. He earned his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2008, where he was a member of the Fordham Environmental Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2005.
