Joseph Schwartz, partner and head of the Firm's Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group, and Tara Schellhorn, Counsel in the Bankruptcy and Reorganization Group, will be participating on a panel at the 20th Annual William H. Gindin Bankruptcy Bench-Bar Conference in East Brunswick on March 23, 2018. The program features expert judges and practitioners who will discuss the latest cases, practice pointers and procedural advice, and provide attendees with the judge’s perspective on how to best make their case. Joe and Tara will be speaking at the panel entitled “Transmar Commodity Group Ltd.: Commodities Contracts, CROs, and Conversion: Examining Ethical Issues Arising During the Representation of a Debtor-in-Possession,” starting at 2:40 PM.
The conference is presented by the NJSBA Bankruptcy Law Section in cooperation with NJICLE.
