Steven T. Senior, partner and Co-Chair of Riker Danzig's Environmental Group, is a speaker at the NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association virtual continuing education course, "LSRPA’s Professional Ethics." Steve, along with a distinguished panel of environmental professionals, will review professional ethics, regulatory compliance, and recent Licensing Board decisions. The annual course, which takes place on June 2, 2021 from 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM EDT, has been revamped for 2021. A new section entitled "Examples of Conduct Subject to Site Remediation Professional Licensing Board Authority," will provide an overview of the administrative, regulatory and technical requirements that create compliance issues for LSRPs. An up-to-date assessment of Licensing Board decisions, enforcement and recent court cases will focus on the specific code of conduct items that were most cited within the last 12 months. In addition, a variety of "What Would You Do?" case scenarios have been added for attendee participation.
