Riker Danzig’s Real Estate Group assisted in the $183.37 million sale of a 1,224-unit New Jersey apartment complex for client AIG Global Real Estate Investment Corp. The property, with 107 residential buildings on over 150 acres, is located in Flanders, New Jersey, and offers one- and two-bedroom units with a number of amenities.
