Scott A. Ohnegian, Chair of the Firm's Labor & Employment Group, was a speaker at the DRI Employment and Labor Law Conference on May 9, 2019 in Phoenix Arizona.   Scott’s panel, “Litigation Skills: Defending Harassment Claims in the #MeToo Era,“ covered the necessary skills that are needed to depose and cross-examine the harasser as well as craft a successful opening and closing to a #MeToo-era jury in defense of a harassment claim.
