Jason Navarino, a partner in Riker Danzig’s Tax and Corporate Groups, was quoted in Commerce Magazine’s recent top story, “How to Retain and Attract Businesses to New Jersey.”  Jason commented on how important clear rules are to businesses providing two specific examples of unclear and vague rules: one regarding the buying of business assets in bulk and the other regarding the distinction between employees and independent contractors.
