Title Insurance

Michael O'Donnell, partner, and Michael Crowley, associate, co-authored an article which was recently published in the New Jersey Law Journal entitled “Appellate Division Upholds Title Insurer's Application of Exclusions." The article explains Exclusions 3(a) and 3(b) of the standard title policy promulgated by the American Land Title Association as well as their applicability in a recent Appellate Division decision.
