Riker Danzig Environmental Partner Steven T. Senior was quoted in the December 12, 2017 New Jersey Business article “Smart Growth Economic Development Coalition Details Public Policy Agenda at NAIOP NJ Program.” Held at the Marriott Newark Liberty International Airport, the program was hosted by NAIOP NJ, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. The purpose of the program was to identify top priorities for the incoming governor and his administration such as preserving and improving the state’s incentive programs, standardizing local land-use procedures, creating sites for industrial projects and expanding successful efforts to streamline environmental regulations.
Steve has been a member of the Regulations Committee, which is proposing ways to strengthen the Licensed Site Remediation Professional Program (LSRP) and improve other state land use programs.
