The September 2020 issue of The Banking Law Journal published an article by Jason D. Navarino, Richard J.L. Lomuscio and Hannah J. Greendyk, entitled “Federal Reserve Updates Terms of Main Street Lending Program.” The article discussed revisions to the program, which is aimed at businesses facing difficulties related to the COVID-19 pandemic but who are too large to qualify for additional support beyond the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program or Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program.
