On June 4, 2024, the American Land Title Association published “The Docket: N.J. Appeals Court Holds Title Company Misclassified Employees as Contractors” co-authored by Michael R. O’Donnell, Scott A. Ohnegian and Kori Pruett in its Title News Online publication. The article provided a review of a New Jersey appellate court decision holding that a title agency misclassified employees as independent contractors.
