Riker Danzig’s Real Estate Group proudly congratulates developer 2020 Acquisitions in the “Central 9 Logistics Park, Old Bridge” project that was named Industrial Deal of the Year at the 2024 NAIOP annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala on May 16th. Described as a “state-of-the-art industrial park,” the logistics park spans 800 acres and will ultimately provide over 4.2 million square feet over nine buildings when fully completed. Central 9 has created over 2,000 jobs while enhancing the regional economy, and is commended by NAIOP for fostering innovation, commerce and sustainable growth, and epitomizing forward-thinking development.
