Riker Danzig's Real Estate Group garnered multiple mentions in Law360's article, "The Top Firms Guiding Recent Sports Real Estate Deals," which surveyed the law firms behind the country's most significant stadium, arena, and sports facility transactions.
The article highlights three of the Firm's recent matters. Real Estate Group Chair Nicholas Racioppi led our team that represented the New York Red Bulls in the purchase and development of Honeywell International Inc.'s former site in Morris Township, New Jersey, since transformed into the club's new training campus, along with the acquisition of additional nearby land. The Firm also represented Crow Holdings in its acquisition of property in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, that will serve as MLB Network's new headquarters, with studio and office space, and counseled Gotham FC in connection with an application for site improvements at the club's facility in Hanover Township, New Jersey.
