Riker Danzig partner and head of the Firm’s Tax and Corporate Groups, Andy Stamelman, will speak at the Old Fashioned Franchise Association’s (OFFA) 2012 Members Conference, held this year in Chicago on June 5th and 6th.
In a presentation entitled, “Succession Planning Demystified,” Andy will discuss crucial tips for successful succession planning and will help franchise owners discover ways to protect the future value of their businesses.
OFFA is an organization open to owners of Wendy’s franchises across the nation. The organization provides a forum for franchise owners to discuss best practices and gain useful tips and advice.
