Corporate and Tax Partner Jason D. Navarino and Tax, Trusts and Estates Counsel Stephen J. Pagano will be speaking at the Middle Market Business Advisory Network Group’s educational events being held at Kean University. This three-part educational series will equip business owners with tools to evaluate and pursue the most appropriate ownership transition path to protect, maximize and monetize their most valuable asset.
Jason spoke at the first session held on October 4, 2018, which was designed for business owners aimed at educating them on how to successfully prepare for and execute a transition of their businesses.
Steve will be speaking at the upcoming October 25th session entitled, “Get Prepared: You, Your Business and Your Family.” Jason will be leading the November 15th session entitled, “Execute a Successful Transaction and Life After the Deal."
