Riker Danzig Partner Elected to American College of Real Estate Lawyers

Morristown-based law firm Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP congratulates its Partner, Victoria A. Morrison, on her election to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers. Victoria Morrison leads Riker Danzig's commercial real estate group and handles matters relating to the leasing, financing, acquisition, development and sale of commercial, retail, and industrial properties. She also has extensive experience all aspects of real estate workouts and foreclosures including bankruptcy. For several years prior to joining the firm, Ms. Morrison served as Assistant Professor of Law at Rutgers School of Law in Newark, where she taught several courses in real estate law and finance.

The American College of Real Estate Lawyers, considered the premier real estate attorneys organization in the United States, is a select group of 700 lawyers distinguished for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of real estate law. Membership in the College is by invitation only through nominations by existing College members. Nominations are based on professional reputation and at least 10 years of experience in real estate law and substantial contributions to the improvement of real estate law and practice, and creating a more informed bar and public through writing, teaching, bar or legislative activities or other public service.
