Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffery A. Siedsma has joined the firm as an associate.
Jeffery Siedsma will be practicing in Riker Danzig's Insurance and Reinsurance group. His reinsurance experience includes issues in facultative and treaty reinsurance, commutations, allocation, late notice, reserving practices, clash coverage, claims handling, pre-hearing security, arbitrator disqualification, and other issues involving the interpretation of contract wording and the cession of reinsurance or retrocessional claims. Mr. Siedsma earned his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2005 and his B.A. from Syracuse University in 1998. Prior to joining Riker Danzig, Mr. Siedsma was an associate with Budd Larner, P.C. of Short Hills, NJ. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
