Riker Danzig was proud to be a sponsor of the Paterson Music Project’s first annual 5K walk this past Sunday at Garret Mountain. PMP is an El Sistema-inspired program of the Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts that provides music education to students throughout Paterson after school. The walk included a musical ensemble every half mile from the Paterson Music Project to motivate participants, as well as a community picnic and more music at the conclusion of the walk. Warm weather and over 200 participants helped make the event a success.
