Bio
Bruce E. Goldman is a Partner in Riker Danzig’s Tax and Estate Planning & Administration groups.
He has focused his practice in the areas of estate planning, transfer and income tax planning and corporate business counseling. His extensive experience in estate planning and administration and income tax planning provides him with the tools to develop comprehensive estate and income tax plans for his clients in the most tax-efficient manner. He recognizes the unique needs of each client and is able to address the specific concerns predominant in each client’s estate and income tax plan, including multi-generational planning issues, family dynamics, and philanthropic goals, as well as family business succession planning.
Bruce’s business clients rely on him for counseling in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as counsel for real estate transactions and contract negotiations. He regularly drafts partnership and shareholder agreements, operating agreements, and employment agreements, and assists clients in the formation of business entities.
Bruce is a member of the Sections on Taxation of the New Jersey Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
