Bio
David M. Stewart is an Associate in the Firm’s Governmental Affairs and White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations Groups.
David received his J.D., magna cum laude, in 2022 from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was a Chancellor’s Scholar and member of the Order of the Coif. During law school, David served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal, Volume 46.
After law school, David served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Lee A. Solomon of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the John C. Lifland and C. Willard Heckel Inns of Court, as well as the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey.
David is the author of None Quiet on the Michigan Front: The Constitution & Michigan’s War on Tesla, 46 SETON HALL LEGIS. J. 439 (2022), which discusses Tesla’s constitutional challenge to Michigan’s ban on direct-to-consumer car sales.
