Environmental Partner Alexa Richman-La Londe and Real Estate Partner James M. Maggio, Jr. will be speaking at the 2024 Brownfield Coalition of the Northeast (BCONE) two-day conference taking place September 24 and 25 at the Hyatt in Morristown. The panel, “Redevelopment on Main Street: Building a Stronger Community,” of which Riker Danzig is a sponsor, is scheduled for 11:00 AM on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. The panel will highlight the transformation of a former paper manufacturing site in New Jersey into a modern logistics center by the Rockefeller Group. The speakers will cover key tools and strategies, such as community and municipal involvement, which played a vital role in the project’s success. The session aims to show how collaborative efforts can turn brownfields into thriving developments that boost local economies and revitalize communities.
