Bio
Michael J. Mernin is an associate in the Firm’s Insurance and Reinsurance Group, focusing his practice on insurance coverage and insurance defense litigation. Michael has extensive experience representing insurers in first- and third-party coverage matters at the trial and appellate levels in New Jersey and New York, in both state and federal courts.
He is active in the New York City Bar Association, where he previously served as Chair of the Committee on Military Affairs and Justice.
Michael received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1989 and his B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1983.
