Ashley Duckworth

Ashley Duckworth is an Associate in the Firm’s Estate Planning & Administration Group.

Ashley has experience in drafting complex estate planning documents including last wills and testaments, revocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, spousal lifetime access trusts, and grantor-retained annuity trusts for high net worth clients.

Ashley received her J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2020, where she was Co-President of the Tax Law Society and served as a Research Burks Scholar.  While there, she was a Note Editor of the Washington & Lee Journal of Civil Rights & Social Justice. Ashley received her B.A., magna cum laude, from Wofford College in 2017.

Following law school, Ashley served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Judge Vito Bianco, New Jersey Tax Court.
