Bio
Brianna J. Rojas is an Associate in the Firm’s Products Liability, Toxic Tort and Mass Tort Group and the Insurance Group.
Brianna received her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2025, graduating on the Dean’s List. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Magistrate José R. Almonte of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She also served as a legal intern with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office in the Post-Conviction Justice Unit and with the Office of the General Counsel at NJ Transit. While at Rutgers, Brianna was a member of the National Mock Trial Team, competing in competitions across the country. She received her undergraduate degree in Law & Society from the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in 2019, where she was named to the Dean’s List.
Brianna started her career at Riker Danzig as a 2024 Summer Associate in the Firm’s Minority Student Program, spending half the summer with Riker Danzig and the other half with Crum & Forster.
