Bio

Gregory Toma is an Associate in the Firm’s Intellectual Property and Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring groups.

Gregory counsels clients across various industries on the development, protection, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, focusing on trademark and copyright matters. His practice includes advising on the licensing and transfer of intellectual property assets, as well as helping clients safeguard their online presence through social media takedowns and the prosecution of Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) complaints before the World Intellectual Property Organization.

Additionally, Gregory assists with creditor and debtor matters in bankruptcy and corporate restructuring matters.

Gregory received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2021, where he was a Member of the Fordham Law Review. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University in 2018, where he was consistently included on the Dean’s List.  Following law school, Gregory served as a judicial law clerk in the Chancery Division of the New Jersey Superior Court for the Honorable Vincent Le Blon, P.J. Ch. (Ret.), the Honorable Lisa M. Vignuolo, P.J. Ch., and the Honorable Thomas Daniel McCloskey, J.S.C.
