Bio
Hannah J. Greendyk is Counsel in the Firm’s Corporate, Tax, and Trusts & Estates Departments, with extensive experience in corporate and tax counseling, particularly with respect to domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
Hannah regularly drafts and negotiates stock and asset purchase agreements, with an eye toward the most tax-efficient structure.
Hannah’s corporate practice includes the drafting and preparation of commercial agreements, including service agreements, non-compete agreements, and confidentiality agreements. She also counsels clients regarding entity formation and corporate governance, drafting operating agreements, and formation documents.
Hannah has a particular focus on the nonprofit space, where she counsels tax-exempt organizations regarding their unique tax and corporate concerns.
Hannah received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude, in 2016, and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2020. She graduated summa cum laude in 2013 with a B.A. in Political Science from Seton Hall University.
