Bio
Jeanmarie Dunn-Kane is Counsel in Riker Danzig’s Corporate and Tax Groups.
Jeanmarie has experience representing business entities in contractual and transactional matters across both existing and emerging industries. She has played a key role with mergers and acquisitions and advising on commercial contracts and agreements.
Jeanmarie also advises on federal and state securities law compliance regarding private offerings, and prepares offering memorandum. She assists business entities across the full spectrum of the business life cycle, from formation to dissolution, assisting with corporate organization, restructuring, and governance, including equity grants and basic tax implications of the same.
She received her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2009, where she was the Executive Editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal. In 2012, she earned her LL.M. in Taxation, also from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Jeanmarie received her B.A. in 1998 and her M.A. in Political Science in 2000 from American University, where she was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jeanmarie was an associate at McManimon, Scotland & Baumann LLC.
