Joseph L. Schwartz, Chair of Riker Danzig’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Group and President of the New Jersey Turnaround Management Association Board, will be moderating “Real Estate as Key Driver in Bankruptcy Avoidance & Restructuring Initiatives.” The presentation will take place on November 15, 2023 at Riker Danzig’s Morristown office in the Firm’s Collaborative Space, beginning with a cocktail reception at 5:30 PM. The panel discussion will run from 6:30 – 7:30, followed by networking until 8:30.
