On Thursday, April 8, 2010, Alex Kress, a partner in Riker Danzig’s Bankruptcy Group, will be speaking on bankruptcy basics for the non-bankruptcy lawyer in a program presented by the Morris County Bar Association.
Titled Red, Yellow, Green-back: Bankruptcy for the Non-Bankruptcy Lawyer, the seminar will cover the automatic stay and stay relief, claims and priorities, executory contracts and preferences and other avoidance actions.
The evening seminar will take place from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. at the Morris County Court House in the Jury Assemblyroom. Attendees should use the Ann Street entrance.
Admission is $35 for members of the Morris County Bar Association, and $50 for non-members.
