O’Donnell and Matthews Florez in its Title News Online publication. The article provided a review of a Vermont district court decision in Grabowski-Shaikh v. Conn. Atts. Title Ins. Co., which held that CATIC had no duty to defend or indemnify the insureds in a boundary dispute.
