Joseph L. Schwartz, Chair of the Firm’s Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring Group, will be speaking at AIRA’s 22nd Annual Advanced Restructuring & Plan of Reorganization Conference on November 13, 2023 in New York City. Joe will be speaking on Debtor-in-Possession Financing at the 2:05 PM session. Joe and the other panelists will address learning objectives that include understanding recent examples of priming DIPs and terms of competing DIPs that pose both challenges and opportunities, as well as strategies that unsecured creditor committees are using to successfully oppose or shape DIP proposals. The session will also inform bankruptcy practitioners about shifting sands with respect to DIP content and structure, and how such trends may impact the outcome of Chapter 11 cases.
This one-day hybrid conference of AIRA, the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors, will provide legal and financial perspectives on developments in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring activities. CPE/CLE credit is offered.
