Commercial Litigation

Riker Danzig is pleased to announce Bethany A. Abele, partner in Riker Danzig's Commercial Litigation Group, was installed as President of the Morris County Bar Foundation and First Vice-President of the Morris County Bar Association at a virtual Installation Ceremony on January 27, 2022.  Bethany is a member of the Morris County Bar Association’s Women Lawyers Committee, Civil Practice Committee, Chancery Committee and Financial Services Committee. She currently serves as Chair of the organization’s Golf Committee and previously served as the Co-Chair of the Women Lawyers Committee from 2015 to 2018.

Bethany focuses her practice on banking and title insurance litigation.  She is co-host of the Firm’s Title Nerds podcast, discussing issues that impact the title insurance industry.  She has also presented at a number of seminars and webinars on banking and title insurance topics, among other things.  Bethany serves on the Lafayette College Alumni Interfraternity and Sorority Board and as an Alumni Admissions Representative for the College.  She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cornerstone Family Programs & Morristown Neighborhood House, which provides services and resources to strengthen the community by helping people build better lives.
