Riker Danzig Corporate and Tax Partner Jason D. Navarino is speaking at the National Association of Corporate Directors New Jersey Chapter’s presentation, “Private Companies: Strategies for Navigating Risks and Opportunities” on November 13, 2023. Jason and the other panelists will explore governance approaches to mitigate risks and take strategic advantage of changing customer needs, market trends, emerging risks and opportunities. The presentation will take place at the APA Hotel Woodbridge in Iselin, NJ, beginning with a cocktail reception at 5:30 PM. The panel discussion and Q&A will run from 6:15 – 7:30, followed by a buffet dinner.
