Steven T. Senior, Chair of the Firm's Environmental Group, was recently featured in NJBIZ following his participation as a panelist at the Industrial and Office Real Estate Broker Association's (IOREBA) 2026 Developer's Night, held on March 30, 2026 at the Marriott at Glenpointe in Teaneck, New Jersey.
During the panel discussion, Steve shared his perspective on the regulatory and environmental hurdles facing new builds. "We just have to find a way to get permits and approvals out the door more quickly," he said. "Because it's part of the bottleneck; it's part of the cost; it's part of that affordability problem."
He also acknowledged the caution he's seeing from clients in the current environment. "Clients are pausing, just waiting to see what happens next," he said.
