Firm Receives “Partner in Justice Award”

Riker Danzig was proud to be honored with the “Partner in Justice Award,” along with our valued client Johnson & Johnson, by Partners (formerly Partners for Women & Justice) in connection with our pro bono work representing victims of domestic violence.

To help engage Partners volunteers for its domestic violence clients, Riker Danzig hosted a CLE training event in 2021 for both Riker Danzig and Johnson & Johnson attorneys.  Partner Stuart M. Lederman provided specialized training on ethical considerations when representing domestic violence clients.  As a result, additional Riker Danzig and Johnson & Johnson attorneys volunteered to provide pro bono legal services to Partners clients, successfully securing final restraining orders and providing other needed legal counsel.

Riker Danzig has long been active in supporting the mission of Partners, both by providing pro bono legal services, and by the trustee service of our counsel Anne M. Mohan.

Firm Co-Chair Kelly S. Crawford accepted the ”Partner in Justice Award” at Partners’ Celebrate Hope Spring Benefit on May 4, 2022 at Mayfair Farms.
