Jason D. Navarino, Chair of the Firm’s Tax and Corporate Groups, has been named by NJBIZ a 2025 “Leaders in Law” Award Honoree. This annual program honors legal professionals, including both in-house attorneys and attorneys in private practice, whose dedication to their occupation and to their communities is outstanding. The honorees were selected by a panel of independent judges with experience in the justice system following a rigorous nomination process.
Jason advises both large and small business clients with respect to structuring and documenting domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures in a tax-efficient and tax-compliant manner. Additionally, he counsels nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations with respect to tax, corporate, employment, and intellectual property matters.
Jason is Chair of the Business Taxation Committee of the Business Law Section for the New Jersey State Bar Association as well as Chair of the International Taxation Committee for the Tax Law Section.
